Our Dropshipping Model & International Shipping

Important: Tailtastic operates through a dropshipping partnership model. Your pet products are sourced from carefully selected international suppliers and ship directly from their warehouses to your address. Most of our products ship from facilities located in China and other international locations.

This international dropshipping model allows us to offer:

Order Processing & Verification

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Processing Time: Orders are verified and processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time:

  • We coordinate with our international supplier partners
  • Products are prepared and quality-checked at the supplier facility
  • Shipping labels and tracking information are generated

Important Note: All delivery times below are in addition to the 2-7 day processing period and represent shipping from international locations (primarily China).

  • Germany / UK / Italy / Belgium / Canada: 19–39 business days
  • Rest of the World: 25–45 business days

Extended Delivery Considerations:

Shipping Guarantee & Protection
